The teapot is Punch from the childrens seaside puppet show Punch and Judy. Punch is dressed in green and yellow striped costume with a yellow and green hat. He has a string of sausages around his neck. His head forms the lid and one of his arms is the spout whilst the other holds a cane and forms the handle. The teapot stands approx 9 inches high, and measures approx 7 inches handle to spout. It is stamped Tony Wood Staffordshire England. It is hand painted in Staffordshire England.It is excellent condition with no cracks or chips and has been on display in a smoke free home.
Please note I am also selling Judy an Toby, who is waiting for the string of sausages from round Punch's neck.
