This is a lovely Wind in the Willows limited edition ceramic figure entitled "Ratty" #WIW4, which was hand made in England by Royal Doulton, in Beswick Ware. It measures 13cm high, and was modelled by Warren Platt. It is number 819 in a limited edition of 2000, and is in perfect condition, with no damage and no signs of wear. It comes complete with the certificate and original box.
