RARE Vintage New Town - Noel Streatfield - 1961 - Illustrated by Shirley Hughes
Publisher: Children's Book Club edition, 1961 (first published by Collins in 1960). Very good condition in very good dust jacket. There is a faint scatter of foxing to the closed page edges, but the book is otherwise clean and bright and tight in its binding. The dust jacket is slightly darkened at the spine, has faint scattered foxing to the back panel, and two short closed tears. Book and jacket are illustrated by the wonderful Shirley Hughes. 19cm, 7.5 inches, tall, 256 pages.
